Upon completion of his undergraduate degree, Dr. Gus pursued his interest in natural health and chose a career in chiropractic. Dr. Gus educates patients on nutritional supplements, strength & conditioning, exercises/ stretching, and detox/cleansing. He uses a variety of adjusting techniques to correct spinal biomechanics, nervous system interference and improve performance. Techniques include diversified, gonstead, activator, and applied kinesiology.
Dr. Gus coaches multiple youth sports including Matt Leinart flag football, Newport Harbor youth baseball, and Boys & Girls Club basketball. Dr. Gus also created MVP Youth Performance Training, a combine style youth training program that focuses on sports athleticism, proper biomechanics, and conditioning for sports performance.
